EA was excited to announce the continuing expansion of the Battlefield franchise. DICE and EA were to release details about the new line of branded Battlefield 4 products for players to purchase and enjoy. In excitement for the release of Battlefield 4 on October 29th, DICE has selected several partners that will bring the franchise to retail stores across the world.
The selection of Battlefield 4 items will allow players to make new connections with the franchise. The list of items range from a licensed novel written by author Peter Grimsdale, that will provide background information on “Tomb squad,” an art book that shows off intense images from within the game, and other peripherals.

Battlefield 4, was winner of more than 100 critic awards at E3 2013, including Best of Show by Gamespot. The new game is powered by DICE’s new Frostbite 3 Engine, that will deliver a new experience for first-person shooters, with the use of drama and deep story telling that includes Hollywood like performances, and a new generation of multiplayer for the new consoles.
New amazing features include Levolution, where player decisions can shift the environment in the battlefield, making each game different. The return of the popular commander mode, allowing gamers a birds eye view of the map and access to important resources that could influence the game. The game will also have 64 player battles and run at 60 frames per second on Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
Battlefield 4 will release on October 29th for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. It will also be available on PS4 and Xbox One.
