Battlefield Heroes Celebrates Halloween With A Bang

Battlefield Heroes Celebrates Halloween With A Bang

You can tell that EASY studios is a big fan of Halloween by all the content they’ve recently added to their free-to-play action title Battlefield Heroes. Dark weapons, ghoulish costumes, and horrifying pets are all available now through October 31st.

Players can dress their avatars for all the Halloween festivities by choosing from any of the six themed costumes. Next, players can blow the hell out of one another by using eight new demonic weapons. Summon evil spirits with the Arcus Root, or use the Doom Launcher to firing exploding skulls at your foes. EASY studios has also issued a challenge to Battlefield Heroes players. During the promotional period, players who rack up 500 kills with either the Jack-o’-buster or Doom Skull rocket launchers will see the weapon become part of their permanent arsenal.

The Halloween content is only available for a limited time, so be sure to head over to the Battlefield Heroes website to start playing today!

*Writer’s Opinion*

From the trailer it looks like quite a bit of content to celebrate one of my favorite holidays. It seems like more and more developers are throwing holiday promotions and adding new original content to celebrate. This is a win-win for everyone. The players benefit from the plethora of content, and the developers gain by rejuvenating their fan base and winning the interest of new players. If this keeps up we may start seeing videogames that change with the seasons, holidays, new presidents, etc. I’m all for it!
