You’ll need to complete a growing number of construction tasks along with three goals. There are three different groups of buildings: lodgings, leisure and recreational facilities. They are co-dependent on each other thus you’ll need to keep the number of different buildings balanced. Parks, beach-volleyball courts and other recreational buildings do not provide income, but increase the attractiveness of the place for tourists. Attractions such as cinemas and bars need tourists to be profitable. You’ll have to plan ahead to make your resort both profitable and attractive.
Build It Miami Beach Resort is a fast-paced game – to beat a level in expert time you have to finish all of the tasks before July 2nd, though you have a year to just pass a level. Your goal will consist of a certain number of tourists, attractiveness level and your account balance.
