Nuketown is the most popular and prominent multiplayer level that Call of Duty®: Black Ops has to offer. Its relatively small size and simple design offers the fast paced run-and-gun action sought out by many gamers, and as a result, has found its own place in the hearts of both hardcore fans and regular players alike.
Treyarch announced that a revamped Nuketown will appear in Call of Duty®: Black Ops II as a downloadable bonus map for those whom pre-ordered the game, including those that pre-ordered prior to the announcement of the stage. The download will be released on November 13th at the same time as Call of Duty®: Black Ops II, available on both console and PC.
Set 13 years into the future, Nuketown 2025 is sure to offer the some of the familiar and intense up close and personal combat that everyone enjoyed in the original rendition with a futuristic twist. Along with cutting edge weaponry and a new graphics engine, the new Nuketown will surely be one heck of a ride.
