In this circumstance an unpurchased property would be dissolved leaving all executives and developers without jobs, but luckily that will not happen.
German developer of the upcoming Crysis 3, Crytek will be the savior of Vigil with the creation of Crytek USA. In addition to the recent purchase of Homefront, a series that Crytek is developing the sequel for, Crysis USA will have access to CryEngine which is consistently the most beautiful engine of this generation.
Although no direction or projects have yet to be announced we do know that future endeavors of Crytek USA will definitely be beautiful and ambitious, much like that of the remainder of Crytek.
