Deadpool DLC is now available across all platforms.

Activision and High Moon Studios, the companies responsible for bringing Marvel’s Anti-hero Deadpool to the hands of thousands of gamers, have released a new DLC pack. “ Merc with a Map Pack” is the first Deadpool DLC and it is now available for purchase on Xbox, Playstation and Windows PC.

DEADPOOL GAMEPLAY

Deadpool: The game is an action-based, Beat’em up video game that revolves around the classic Marvel Anti-hero Deadpool, a disfigured and unstable mercenary with a strange and rather unsettling love for chimichangas.

The plot was written by former Deadpool writer Daniel Way and it is centered on Deadpool kidnapping the employees of High Moon Studios and forcing them to make “the Deadpool game” starring him.

The character is voiced by well-known voice actor Nolan North. His performance joined Way’s writing style to bring back the classic deadpool comedy from the comics. So don’t be surprised if Deadpool breaks the fourth wall every now and then.

If you wish to keep experiencing the Beat’em up mechanics, the PEGI18-rated DLC is available for download for 240 Microsoft Points on the Xbox 360. PS3 and PC users can purchase the pack for $2.99 on PSN and Steam.

This DLC will allow you expand the playtime of the irreverent title which you can also download from the Xbox Live Marketplace as a “Games on Demand” title.

Deadpool: The game was released back on June 25 in North America and June 28 in Europe, it received positive feedback due to its original story and humor; however, the overall game received mixed reviews as a result of its repetitive gameplay.
