All the bug squashing action returns in the completely remastered Earth Defense Force 2017 Portable (EDF) for the PlayStation Vita. Having already been released in North America and Japan, EDF Portable finally comes to Europe and Australia via a digital download from the PlayStation Store. The price tag for Earth Defense Force 2017 Portable is £31.99/ 39.99€.
Earth Defense Force 2017 Portable is remastered for the PlayStation Vita from the classic console version, but also contains new missions, enemies, and EDF tactical gear. All the missions in Earth Defense Force 2017 Portable contain multiplayer for up to four players, as well as a verses mode for EDF supremacy.
Gamers can also choose to play as fan favorite flyer Pale Wing and soar above buildings with her jet back to rain fire from above. D3Publisher promises Earth Defense 2017 Portable is a completely new EDF experience.
But wait there’s more! D3Publisher also plans on releasing some brand new weapons as downloadable content on February 6th. Weapons include the Portable Electro Paralyzer, Heat Blaster, Limit Booster, and Reverse Drone. Each weapons cost £0.79 / 0.99€ via the PlayStation Store.
