Enjin, the leading community host for guilds, clans and gaming communities have added a new tool to improve their guild recruitment system. The site which describes itself as a social network for gamers, have introduced the Global Game Recruitment system. The Global Game recruitment system allows organized groups to post their "players wanted" ads to recruit other players for their clan, community or guild.
Enjin list recruitment posts for thousands of clans, guilds and gaming communities. These include popular titles such as Guild Wars 2, World of Warcraft, Minecraft and even Call of Duty: Modern Warefare 3.
Enjins new recruitment system will allow clan and guild leaders to find gamers who share their own interests and match their communities’ ability. The service is free to use for any recruit or recruiter. The service has special support and a number of filters for different games.
Enjins recruitment list will be sortable by category and includes a MMO dedicated section. Guilds will be able to post a lengthy introduction letter to convey its purpose, history, location and its gaming history. Some communities on the listing may have large memberships and be very active. However according to Enjin most recruiters are smaller, tight knight clans who are looking for new additions to their circle of friends.
Enjins co-founder Maxim Blagov spoke about the update commenting:
"Our listing is very game specific."…"Every game and community have their own unique criteria that gamers need to fulfill. The success of this system relies on combining various website and game metric data to connect gamers to communities and vice versa".
According to Enjin any player regardless of preference will be able to find a guild or community to suit them. A PvE and raid focused healer may be able to quickly find a new place to play their MMO with other members. A competively inclined first person shooter player will also be able to find a new gaming ground to hone their skills.
