Ubisoft have announced the release of the new 0.9.0 patch for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Online. The patch will allow players to enjoy a number of new features and Halloween themed content. Ghost Recon Online is a free to play online multiplayer shooter, which promises to bring a new dimension to tactical team play.
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Online 0.9.0 patch will introduce a number of new features to the FPS game including the all new Beginner’s playlist. With the beginner’s playlist, new players of Ghost Recon Online will be able to learn the game’s basics. They can also build up their skills before facing more experienced players. Players who have all three character bases between levels 1 and 4 can take advantage of Beginners Playlist to play against similar gamers. New players can also face up against more experienced players by choosing the all players playlist.
The 0.9.0 will also implement the various elements of Clans that will be introduced in phases in Ghost Recon Online. With the patch, active players will be able to start forming social bonds with their friends and other players through creating and managing of their own Clans. Players will be able to proclaim their Clan identity through using Clan Tags and customisable crests that also double as players avatars.
In Ghost Recon Online, gamers can choose between three classes: Assault, Specialist or Recon to suit their own gaming style. As players evolve through the game, each class will deploy unique Class devices and other equipment to enhance their own combat effectiveness as well as their teams. Tactical team play will be vital for victory in the challenging 16 player online matches.
Ubisoft are will also celebrating Halloween with the latest patch. Ghost Recon Online will add to the festivities with the new Halloween Content Pack. The pack features new and exclusive Halloween skins as well as different weapon stats. The 6 Halloween weapons will only be available for a limited time.
