One of the leading free-to-play game publishers, gPotato, will be attending this year’s Gamescom to show off a slew of updates for their games. gPotato.eu is a multiplayer game portal Web site provided to numerous players around the world. Most games in gPotato.eu’s library are free-to-play MMORPGs like Flyff, but there are some casual Flash or browser-based games like Canaan Online. Any European gamers that attend Gamescom could get their questions answered, or hang out with any of the staff at gPotato.eu.
gPotato.eu will reveal more information on their new MMORPG, Age of Mulin, along with answering any questions the media or gamers might have. This martial-arts based game will let players experience martial art combat familiar to Anime’s like Ninja Scroll or Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Not much is known about the game aside from the brief gameplay footage shown in the feature reel, but gPotato.eu will reveal more features at Gamescom. During the demonstration, staff from every developer working with gPotato.eu will be there to answer questions or hang out with fans. Any fans of the historical, MMORTS, browser-based game Terra Militaris can meet with the game’s producer, Gabor Gyarmati. Age of Mulin will enter closed beta tests across Europe later this year.
Gamescom is a trade fair for video games, something like a more specific E3 that focuses on video games than on technology in general. gPotato.eu will hold five game stations at this years Gamescom, in Hall 10. gPotato.eu will present more information on Age of Wulin, SEVENCORE, and Allods Online in three rooms at Hall 4.1 with new trailers, content, and hands-on experience.
Gamescom will be held in Cologne, Germany, from Wednesday 15th August to Sunday 19th, August. For more information on gPotato.eu, visit their Web site. For more information on Gamescom, you can visit their Web site here.
