Gazillion Entertainment have announced the release of the biggest content update so far for thier mega popular, Marvel Heroes.
The developers of Marvel Heroes, have announced the release of Game Update 2.0-Asgard for thier popular title. The update allows players, for the first time ever, to play as the infamous Marvel character and brother of Thor, Loki. In addition, players will be experiencing new enemies, new items, new crafting recipes, new zones and loads more.
The update will feature:
- Asgard will feature expansive new zones, a massive event to unlock Bifrost Bridge to Asgard and new super villains. Odin’s Palace is also going to be introduced as a brand new player hub.
- Players will now be able to play as the god of mischeif, Loki. Loki is the first playable villain in the game and can use his sorcery to fire magical blasts, control spires of ice and creat illusions to confuse his enemies. His ultimate power transforms him into a huge Frost Giant, gaining new powers and attacks.
- New starting characters are also being added for new players to choose from. Expanding from the original five choices, players can now choose a free Marvel superhero from a list of nine unique playable heroes.
- The story of Marvel Heroes continues in Asgard with brand new story missions featuring fully voices motion comics.
- A host of new items are now available including rings and legendary items each with thier own new item slots. But keep in mind, legemdary items grow stronger and gain experience along with the character, so players will want to make sure they hand on to these.
Marvel Heroes is a free-to-play game and features 26 Super Heroes inlcuding Spider Man, Iron Man, Wolverine, Hulk and Captain America. The heroes can be unlocked by simply playing the game and each hero can be customised through a range of unique leveling systems, power trees and a robust crafting system. Players can choose to wear costumes from over 70 years of Marvel history, including from Marvels latest blockbusters.
