Memorable Trailer for Remember Me

Let’s face it. The mind is a complicated subject to explore. Theories of what makes the human brain tick can change one’s perception and make him or her view things differently. A deep story that revolves around the mind can force the reader (or player in this case) to sit down and really think. What is consciousness? What is memory? What happens when a corporation or government gains the means to manipulate how we think and what we feel? Capcom’s Remember Me attempts to depict this very scenario in the game.

Remember Me is set in the year 2084, where privacy is virtually nonexistent and power is given to a select, privileged few. Memories can be harnessed, sold, bought, and traded for profit. Nilin, an elite memory hunter in Neo-Paris, has become the hunted. The authorities, fearful of her abilities and knowledge, have arrested her and wiped her memories clean. The player joins Nilin after her escape from prison as she breaks into people’s minds and steals their memories all in an attempt to uncover who she is and what her mission was before she was arrested.

Remember Me is a third person action-adventure where players control Nilin in her quest for answers about her past. Utilize Nilin’s abilities to hack into people’s minds, uncover their memories, and gain information straight from their brain. Complete missions to recover Nilin’s memory and blow away the fog that’s clouding her past. Use Memory Remix to alter parts of a person’s memory in real-time, changing their perspective on themselves and the people that associate with them. Explore the various environments Neo-Paris has to offer while using Nilin’s martial art’s to your advantage.

Remember Me will feature full voice overs in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian as well as Russian, Polish, and Brazilian Portuguese subtitles.

Remember Me is a third person action-adventure where players control Nilin in her quest for answers about her past. Remember Me will be available for PS3™, Xbox 360®, PC on May 2013.
