I would like to start this post by saying I am not that informed about this but what I do know is that this website uses dropbox, so yeah it is the best.
“Well, you’ve got to remember, 100 million sounds like a pretty small number to me, actually,” Ballmer told BusinessWeek. “We’ve got a lot more Office users. And actually if you even want to go to the cloud, we have a lot of Hotmail and SkyDrive users. I’m not beating on Dropbox. They’re a fine little startup and that’s great.”
I would usually side with the professional but since I remember him saying that apple’s iPhone will never catch on and will get no real market share. He also claimed that to work an android phone you had to be a computer scientist from Star Trek to use it.
The oddest thing about it is the facts that people are surprised about people publicing for their product. Who is surprised that he is plugging his product anyway? Quite frankly if you are surprised then you are an idiot he is trying to make money Ballmer is trying to get money.
I personally think that the drop box and skydive really is a pathetic battle who cares at this point. Ballmer is trying to get money so I would consider what ever he says is just an advertisement for Microsoft.
“I have nothing to say on that topic,” Ballmer said. “We do have a way for people always to get to Office through the browser, which is very important. And we’ll see what we see in the future.”
Thanks for reading.
