Activision have announced that NASCAR The Game: Inside Line is now available at retailers nationwide. NASCAR The Game: Inside Line is available for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Nintendo Wii. The game which is created by leading independent game developer Eutechnyx, promises to deliver the most authentic and fast paced racing experience yet. NASCAR The Game puts players behind the wheel of the world’s most powerful stock cars.
NASCAR the Game features over 40 of NASCAR’s top drivers and teams including Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jeff Gordon and Danica Patrick. Gamers will compete against one another as they vie for the Sprint Cup Series Championship on 23 officially licensed tracks from Daytona to Sonoma. The game will also use telemetry data from the past two seasons so that gamers can relive and rewrite historic moments in NASCAR history in over 12 scenarios.
Players will also be able to purchase the NASCAR The Game Inside Line Pack which will offer new downloadable content and challenges throughout the 2013 season. The game also features re-mastered camera options and driver animations to allow players to feel the rush when pushing their speedometers to the limit.
Nascar The Game : Inside Line has a career mode where players can live the life of a NASCAR champion competing for points across multiple seasons on the road to victory. The game includes authentic race weekends and offers players the chance to hone their skills in practice and qualifying races before every match.
The game also includes an impressive set of customisation options to give drivers total freedom over their vehicles. Players can choose their paint schemes, performance upgrades and extensive under the hood fine tuning for precise handling on each track. The game includes both Season and Race Now modes, unique invitational events and an enhanced online multiplayer system for up to 16 players. Nascar The Game also includes local split screen play. The game also features commentary from Fox’s Darrell Waltrip, and Mike Joy. Spotters Ty Norris and crew chief Ray Evernham also offer the players helpful advice.
NASCAR The Game is available now in North America. The game is available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii.
