The Land Before Time, Curious George and Rastamouse comes to LoveFiLM
NBCUniversal has by now entered a partnership with LoveFiLM who are an Amazon company. The result of this partnership means an increase to the already high amount of kid programming available on LoveFiLM.
The films that have been added from NBCUniversal’s library that have been added due to the partnership includes Emmy award winning Curious George as well as Barbie: Princess Charm School.
As well as films NBCUniversal have also added classic TV series as well. These range from “The Land Before Time” based on the movies of the same name as well as a stop-motion series based on a crime-fighting mouse called Rastamouse.
Simon Morris the Chief Marketing Officer for LoveFiLM has said “From talking to our members we know there is a real demand for top quality entertainment for younger viewers, so we are delighted to add such great shows to our already vast library of kids content. From nostalgic classics to modern favourites, there is a wealth of child-friendly series available on LoveFiLM Instant and these latest additions allow us to offer our ever-growing audience more choice than ever before.”
This partnership is obviously a big deal for LoveFiLM especially with the pressure that Netflix’s has put on them with everything that they have and the fact that their available on consoles.
