Konami have released new screenshots and assets for the new games in the Castlevania Lords of Shadow franchise. The upcoming games include Castlevania: Lords of Plagiarism 2, I mean Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Ultimate Edition for PC.
In Lords of Shadow 2, Dracula is resurrected again, and is seeking “release from his immortal bonds.” The Devil is being mean to Dracula, so Dracula goes on a quest to regain his powers, overcome his bully and will finally be allowed to rest (come on, he’s tired). Oh, and the Devil is planning to unleash hell unto the Earth, thus ruling it and its people. I should probably mention that.
PC fans will have the pleasure of playing Castlevania: Lords of Shadow in high-definition, 60 frames per second and trophies through Steam. The PC players also are given the privilege of playing the DLC, Reverie and Resurrection, with the original game. Something the Elder Scrolls has already done with their Skyrim Legendary Edition.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will be available on the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC later this winter. The Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Ultimate Edition will be ready for download on Steam August 27th, 2013. The original Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is already on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
