Many gamers have been very excited about Bungies, the creators of the Halo series, new game. Of course, Destiny was not left out of the many exciting games that were shown off at E3 this week. During the Sony conference we got a new gameplay trailer for Destiny, including some live gameplay shown off after. Destiny takes place in the last city on Earth, with you playing as one of the guardians trying to keep this city alive. Outside of the city lays many terrible dangers, the solar system has been reclaimed by aliens, with your job being to fight back for what was once rightfully yours.

In the everchanging world in the game, you fight off your enemies while gaining new weapons and loot along the way. In the live gameplay that was shown it showcased how you could instantly meet up with your friends and start playing right away. Instead of playing with everyone else in the world in Destiny, you can choose to instantly start a match with just your friends.

You also get to choose from 3 races, the Human, Awoken, or the Exo, each have there own certain characteristics. Another thing that was shown during the gameplay was 3 classes that you can choose when you play Destiny. The names of the classes shown were Hunters, Warlocks, and Titans. Hunters are good at recond, finding and destroying the threats to the city. Warlocks can use spells along with their weapons to fight of enemies. Titans are soldiers that are best with their weapons. It was also shown that when the players killed a bigger enemy, they dropped guns that the player could then equip, so you will not be limited to a few main guns.

All of these great things gave many gamers a reason to be excited about Destiny, making things look very well for this new game. Destiny is currently in development by Bungie and will be published by Activision with a release date set in 2014.
