505 games, the publisher of video games, and Overkill, a Starbreeze company has launched the anticipated heist co-op shooter, Payday 2. The game is available on Windows PC on Steam, and Playstation Network, while the retail versions are available on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
In Payday 2, players are tasked as some of the most infamous crews, as they work together to perform some of the biggest heists through the Crime.Net system, controlled by the mysterious Bain.
The game is a four player co-op experience that features different skill trees; The charismatic Mastermind, The heavy enforcer, Technician, and the Ghost. Players are also allowed to modify weapons and create new masks for a fun multiplayer experience.
Payday 2 is $29.99 on Steam and $39.99 on Playstation Network, the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. The ultimate criminal edition is priced at $49.99 and the retail is 59.99. The on demand version will be available at a later date on Xbox Live.
