Gamers love free DLC, and Reverb Publishing and Lukewarm Media know it. The humorously named Primal Carnage “Get to the Chopper” DLC includes the new Downpour Map and the addition of the Spinosaurus dinosaur. The new Downpour Map will have players racing their way to an extraction helicopter that will save them from the horrors of the island. Unfortunately for players this is no easy task as the local prehistoric wildlife do not like Arnold Schwarzenegger, hate Kindergarten Cop, and are going to take it out on you.

Humans must reach several check points through dinosaur infested territories, holding off ambushes and vicious assaults from all angels, before they make a mad dash to “Get to the Chopper”. Some of these check points include calling for the helicopter itself, refueling said helicopter, etc. During the final climatic rush don’t be surprised if you run into the fearsome Spinosaurus who is more or less the boss of the level and can kill you with one chomp.
The Primal Carnage DLC also includes a modified Docks map, with additional maps to follow. In addition the Spinosaurus will be available this month as a paid skin for Team Deathmatch maps.
