Bethesda announced that players could now register for The Elder Scrolls Online. Any longtime gamer has seen their fair share of good trailers. Some go with being funny, others go with gore, but a lot try to show off cool visuals that will play absolutely no part in the final game.
This last one always gets me because it is incredibly misleading. However, the team that put together the trailer for The Elder Scrolls Online did an amazing job. Really. You should look at it. I’ve never seen anything emulate human beings as closely as this trailer has. It’s sort of spooky.
Players can register for a chance to play the beta of The Elder Scrolls Online. Amongst players who register, some will be selected to try out and experience the online version of the popular Elder Scrolls franchise. “We’re really excited to get the game into players’ hands,” said Matt Firor, game director of The Elder Scrolls Online.
“We receive invaluable feedback through the beta process, and that helps us ensure that the game will be one of the best online gaming experiences ever offered — one worthy of The Elder Scrolls franchise.” It will be fascinating to see how many players convert from the console experience to an online experience.
