Primal Carnage Officially Launches This Monday!

Reverb Publishing and Lukeware Media announced the official release of their upcoming Dino-Combat title, Primal Carnage. Starting Monday October 29th, 2012 players everywhere will be able to take on one another in this class-based multiplayer experience 65 million years in the making.

Primal Carnage can still be pre-ordered for PC at the Primal Carnage website, Steam, GameStop, GamersGate, and Rain. When players pre-order they will be granted instant access to the nearly extinct beta build. Pre-orders will also net players an exclusive in-game feathered raptor skin to be made available when the game launches. More information on the beta can be found here.

Primal Carnage ignores 65 million year of evolution and locks humans and dinosaurs together in brutal combat. Dinosaurs take center stage as they battle the humans in this class-based online multiplayer shooter. Players can choose from human classes, each of whom have unique and sophisticated weaponry, or they can assume the role of a violent and destructive dinosaur. From the cunning Velociraptor, to the powerful Tyrannosaurus Rex, players can wreak havoc on the opposing team. They can even take to the skies as a ferocious Pteranodon to gain a tactical advantage.

Primal Carnage key features include:

• Stunning visuals rendered using the Unreal Engine, players will wage war between man and beast in five large, open and varied environments

• 10 playable classes (five human, five dinosaur), each with unique skills and abilities

• Play from both first-person (human) and third-person (dinosaur) perspectives providing a contrasting gameplay experience for both teams

• Multiple achievements and an extensive DLC roadmap
