Wonder if the Max Payne 2 part includes the fourth wall breaking moment from the game

While everyone will always remember Max Payne for slow-motion dives and dual wielding pistols, the series has always had a noir styled storyline to tie all the action together and every game in the series has at one point been made into a graphic novels and now their together at last with the Max Payne 3: The Complete Series Graphic Novel.

Max Payne 3: The Complete Series Graphic Novel follows Max through all three games as he goes from being a bright-eyed and successful police cadet who after his family is brutally murdered eventually becomes a hung-over, painkiller addicted one man army looking for kidnappers in Sao Paulo.
Since Max seems to at least know this guy somewhat, his life expectancy just dropped.
I have to ask though, why is the collection is called the Max Payne 3: The Complete Series Graphic Novel when it contains all of the novels.
