A new trailer released focuses on the multiplayer aspect of Transformers Fall of Cybertron.
The multiplayer trailer for Transformers Fall of Cybertron is generating some positive feelings from the gaming community. With the pulse-pounding epic music and robots mutilating each other with rockets and lasers while transforming into jets and other vehicles; it’s hard not to see why.
Transformer Fall of Cybertron promises character creation for its multiplayer, allowing players to put their custom transformer out on the field to battle against other player’s creations. There will also be 10 multiplayer maps to choose from and a co-op mode.
The war between the Autobots and the Decepticons rages on in Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. The new title, developed by High Moon Studios and published by Activision, is a sequel to Transformers: War for Cybertron, continuing the civil war for dominion over the planet Cybertron. Players will witness the final battle between the two warring robot groups which ultimately ends in their planet’s destruction.
Some canon characters from the Transformers series are expected to make an appearance in the game including: Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Jazz Megatron, Starscream, and Shockwave.
Transformers Fall of Cybertron is scheduled for release in North America on August 21, 2012 and in Europe on August 24 2012 for PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360.
