Zumba Fitness for Xbox One Launch

Zumba Fitness for Xbox One Launch

Zumba Fitness craze spreads to consoles this November

Fans will be able to get their hands on the latest Zumba Fitness game, Zumba Fitness World Party, this November when it’s released on Xbox 360, Wii and Wii U on 5th November, and the Xbox One at launch on 22nd November. The news was announced by the Majesco Entertainment Company, publisher of the wildly successful Zumba video games. The game utilises the motion sensors of the Wii and Wii U, and the Kinect cameras of the Xbox 360 and Xbox One to basically allow the player to take part in a Zumba class in their own home. The inclusion of the Kinect 2.0 in the Xbox One box means that the game is immediately available to anyone who purchases the new console.

The Zumba franchise has rapidly taken off over the past few years, and is now the largest branded dance-fitness program in the world, with over 14 million regular participants almost 200 countries. Zumba Fitness World Party takes this idea and allows the player to take part in different Zumba workouts, themed on different parts of the world and different styles of music. The artists included in the game range from Lady Gaga to Pitbull, and the game features a World Tour mode that gives players a tour across the entire globe.

The game contains all the fitness features that a player would need to keep track of their progress and with the remarkable sensitivity of the Xbox One especially, the game is sure to be extremely detailed and immersive.
