A new entry in the award-winning series has been announced to be in development by Eastern and Central European Publisher 1C. The game is the sequel to Men of War: Assault Squad, and will have a new single player skirmish mode that will feature tank and stealth sniper missions.
Players can now take the position of commander in a new 1v1 to 4v4 maps. New life has been breathed into the series with a 8v8 game mode that has been created for large scale battles. The new game will use a engine with significant graphical improvements, with feedback having been taken from the players.
Items include multi-core support, advanced shader technology, and AI improvements. Also introduced is a new camouflage for each season/map, updated inventory items, sound improvements, steam multiplayer and more.

Men of War: Assault Squad, took place across the world, during World War II. Five different armies with their own units, vehicles, and abilities fight in epic battles. The game also used a feature called “Direct Control,” enabling players to maneuver units using the directional keys, rather than using the mouse. PC Generals can get behind the controls of tanks to cause destruction.
