On October 25 Feral Interactive let the world know of release of F1 2012, the FORMULA ONE racing simulation game on the Mac later this year. Published by Codemasters and developed Codemasters for the console and Windows PC. F1 2012 is the sequel to F1 2011 and the critically acclaimed and BAFTA Award-winning F1 2010. Mac users will now be able to get their hands on a F1 for the first time in ten years.
The official game will feature all the teams, drivers, and circuits from the 2012 FIA Formula One World Championship F1 2012. Classics tracks such as Silverstone, Monaco, Hockenheim, Monza, along with more up to date arrivals like Singapore’s Marina Bay Circuit, and the all new Circuit of the United States in Austin, Texas.
F1 2012 will give players to opportunity to experience exciting gameplay, and allow want to be racers to live through an intense and extensive Career Mode. The Career Mode will precisely pin point motorist most demanding competitions. Players will get chase a Formula One career and go head to head with the like of Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, and Fernando Alonso for the FIA Formula One Drivers’ World Championship. Players can also take on the role of engineer, fine-tuning their own cars according to the circuit, weather conditions, and their own handling preferences.
F1 2012 for the Mac will also support split-screen, LAN multiplayer, and online multiplayer.
