Gravity Interactive, a publisher of massive multiplayer online roleplaying games, has taken a new direction with one of its most popular MMORPG’s. Recently, the publisher has launched an all new mount system for ROSE Online, offering its players to travel around and complete quests in the anime-oriented world with style.
ROSE Online’s new mounts are eccentric and unique to the game. Players will be able to ride on the backs of giant blue moles, and journey across the land on a cool looking wolf. Bizarre creatures, such as oversized lobsters, are also available in the in-game Item Mall. New characters will get a chance to experience the thrill of riding a mount with a 15 day Choropy test drive. With more mounts being added over the course of time, there will surely be something out there to suit any player’s personal tastes.
“We offer players mounts that aren’t just lions or tigers, but BEARS,” says Mike Lansing, Executive Director at Gravity Interactive. “Who needs a saddle and reins when you can just piggy back on giant lobsters!”
Summer is ending; and unfortunately, that means some gamers will have to go back to school. However, ROSE Online is easing the stress of the semester with some events and exclusive gear. Similar to the year before, Chemistry Boxes will be dropping across the world during the event. The players that complete their exams and help Judy out will be rewarded with a special mount. The Item Mall will also feature exclusive fashions like backpacks and school uniforms. If you want in on the goods, you’ll have to act fast. The event ends on September 4th, 2012. No one likes a tardy student!
