A new trailer promoting the upcoming release of Assassins Creed 3 was revealed recently by Ubisoft. This trailer focuses more on the story and history in the game than the other one’s had.
To be honest, as an Assassin’s Creed fan, I was just so excited to watch the trailers but this one had a different twist to it than the others. The game trailer has a specific historical viewpoint on the effects on Americans by the British and the events of the Boston Tea Party. The trailer also showcases a bit of gameplay and the visuals of the game.
The Assassins Creed 3 trailer goes into detail about the Boston Tea party and the spark of the revolution but after that it has a surprise twist with the narrator saying, “This is the revolution you were told about. But if you stay a while, I shall tell you about another revolution, the one that mattered.” This revolution is the one Connor; our new playable Assassin is supporting and is a part of.
The trailer shows the gameplay that we are familiar with from previous Assassins Creed games but shows a different game engine called Anvil Next, which also provides a better combat system and realistic visuals. The game also allows players to control Connor through different environments and can now be able to travel and climb trees. A whole new setting is waiting to be discovered according to the trailer as well as a new Assassins Creed gaming experience.
Excluded from the trailer, the game is to include an intense multiplayer experience ever played in the game series. The multiplayer will include new characters, maps, and game modes made to deliver the most exciting experience yet.
